Item arrived on time and as described. TheTN cover is well designed and displays great workmanship. The reason for the 4-star rating is that it’s a little more stiff than I was expecting. Hopefully, it’ll soften up with use.

This one grew on me. I saw it a lot on YouTube and liked how it patina over time. At first I wasn't sure how I felt yet only because I'm more of a soft floppy leather person but I grew to love this TN. I'm very drawn to it and love using it. Didn't take too long to adjust to it. I'm beginning to be fan of this shop.
The samples were recommended by Chic Sparrow based on preferences I provided them! Being able to feel and see the actual colors was priceless! I highly recommend this as a first step!

I can honestly say without a doubt that this is the most perfect tn/cover I’ve ever had (and I’ve owned quite a few…)! The leather is *gorgeous* and the interior setup couldn’t be better - I got it in an A5, and I’m able to use both my standard tn inserts, as well as a book that neatly tucks into the inside back pocket. It’s genuinely the only tn/cover you’ll ever need… except, I needed it in other colours and sizes as well lol!
I am now a proud owner of three (soon to be four) trifolds. I purchased two (B6 Austen Darcy, and B6 Slim Artist Giovanni)and one Austen Drummond in the Narrow size. All were customized, and Chic Sparrow followed my wishlist to perfection! I highly recommend buying at least one. But be warned, you may not stop at one!

I recently bought a pocket plus Austen in Emma colour but it ended up being too wide and light for my daily use, so I bought another Austen in regular pocket and Darcy colour and it's my fave thing ever. Real comfort object to carry around and keep everything organised.
Fits several note books, the leather is lovely and construction is great.
