Refund policy

We want you to love your Chic Sparrow purchase.

All sales are considered final; however, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Examples of defects include stitching that is coming undone or pockets sewn incorrectly. Variations in color, texture, and natural markings are part of the full-grain leather’s unique character and not considered defects.

If you need assistance with a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@chicsparrow.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll determine whether it’s best to repair or replace the item based on your location and the nature of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.  

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Chic Sparrow is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

International Orders  
When your item leaves the U.S.A., tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country’s postal procedures. Many customers have success using the tracking number we provide on their local postal service website.  

International deliveries can take up to 90 days to arrive. If a package appears lost, we must wait the full 90 days to confirm whether it is returned to us. If it is not returned, we’ll follow our standard procedures to either send your package again or create a replacement.  

Please note that all shipping fees, customs charges, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
