Kody is a wild card! Expect the unexpected.  Character ranges from matte to semi-glossy.  It's approximately 2mm thick and feels amazing in the hands.

This veg-tanned leather can be polished to your desired level of shine using a neutral or tan polish. 

This leather comes in a wide variety of variations,  please note the photos shown are only a small sample.   If you love to be surprised,  this is perfect for you.

  • vegetable-tanned, full-grain leather
  • Pebbled surface texture with a soft hand
  • Surface scratches easily polish out
  • Color and texture will vary from photographs

            Wonderful suprise

            I'm usually not a fan of not knowing what to expect, but, I couldn't be happier with both of my Kody leather TN's! I have a wide and an A5 and both are wonderful. It's definitely a more floppy leather but the more you add to the pockets and strings the more structure it gets, and it hugs everything so nicely. My wide Kody has spots of a matte finish and other spots have more of a semi-gloss/textured finish, while my A5 is all matte with little texture. I definitely recommend the Kody leather to anyone who likes surprises, even to those who don't (like myself).

            Kody is amazing

            If you love surprises, this is the leather for you! It is truly a wild card, you may get a smooth hide or a textured hide, you may get a lighter shade or a darker shade, you just never know. However, you can rest assured knowing that you will receive a great notebook cover! This my current favorite that Chic Sparrow has to offer. Please don’t ever discontinue it!
