How long after I place an order can I expect my order to ship?

Most items are typically shipped within 7 business days, but could take up to 10 business days. Orders placed during holidays and sales may take several extra business days. Contact us for an estimate based on your location/order.

Combining Multiple Orders: Domestic and International Shipping

We cannot combine orders, as each order requires a unique tracking number. This prevents confusion for customers and our shop.

International Shipments - Expected Wait

When an order arrives in your country, tracking may take time to update. Wait times vary from days to over a month, depending on your location’s import guidelines. Contact your local customs office for details.

We recommend using insured carriers (UPS and PRIORITY USPS). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. File claims with the courier or your local postal service.

Why is my favorite leather being retired?

We retire leathers to explore new options. Occasionally, old favorites return for limited runs. Stay updated via our Facebook page or email newsletter.

Will retired colors/styles be back?

We cannot guarantee returns of retired styles. Dye affects leather texture, so we continuously seek materials that produce the best product.

Can I upgrade from a classic to a cascade by requesting pockets be added?

No, leather is allocated based on design popularity, so we cannot modify existing designs.

Do you do custom orders or special requests?

Due to high demand, we no longer offer custom orders.

Is there really a 15 character inscription limit?

Yes, for the best engraving results, inscriptions cannot exceed 15 characters per line. No exceptions.

Can you add Order Notes?

No, we no longer accommodate requests for leather variation or character due to policy and production changes.

What happens if I receive a defective product?

We ensure high quality products. If there is a construction defect, contact us, and we will make it right. Note: color, texture, and cattle brandings are not defects but natural characteristics of full grain leather.

I forgot to add my discount code. Can you please apply it?

Discount codes must be used at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively. Canceling an order does not reinstate the code unless under special circumstances.

I can’t delete an item in my cart! What causes this and how do I get rid of it?

Items out of stock may get stuck due to browser caching. To fix this, clear your browsing history or add '/clear' to the cart page URL and press enter.
