Our Return Policy




12 hour grace period:  If you cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering,  we will gladly issue a full refund.

  • Once your item is shipped refunds are not an option. We do not offer refunds on our handmade products.
  • If you should reject delivery or fail to pay a customs fee,  a refund will not be issued.



Returns can be issued as a STORE COUPON if your order is a non-sale or non-customized purchase and has not been used or altered.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for each item that returned. This fee will be charged when we receive the return item(s) in the mail. 

  • We cannot exchange used items, sale purchases, or customized items. An example of customization includes inscriptions, ink markings (on the Odyssey notebooks), stitching added (on Classic models) or pen loops added (Classic models). 
  • Returns/Exchanges must be done within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions
  • We do not offer refunds after an order has shipped. If you request a refund after the order has shipped we will kindly offer that you return the item for a Store Credit Coupon


How the Return Process Works:

What has been paid towards the original item(s) will be given in coupon form, after the restocking fee has been deducted.

 A coupon code of the remaining total (after the 20% fee has been deducted) will be issued to you upon reception of your returned order. Please note: the restocking fee is taken off the item(s) total, shipping fees are not included and will not be refunded. 

For example, if the item you wish to return an order sub-totaling $49.99, after 20% restocking fee is deducted, you will be given a Store Coupon Code for $40 with a minimum purchase value of $40. The Coupon will be issued (after the restocking fee has been deducted) at the time the return is received in the mail.

Final Sale Items:

We do not exchange discounted items, items that have been customized (engraving, pen loop, stitching, ink), and paper inserts.  

All paper inserts and vinyl dashboard sales are final sale. 


  • Exchanges must be done within 5 days of receipt,  no exceptions.
  • Once we receive the exchange item in the mail, we will immediately contact you and issue you a Store Coupon Code (after deducting a 20% restocking fee). 
  • All exchanges are final (i.e. we do not exchange an exchange). 
  • We do not exchange the Second Chance Sale items or items that have been personalized (this includes special request items) 
  • Please note:  All exchanges will have a  20% restocking fee.  This will be deducted from your Exchange Credit Coupon and it is non-refundable. The restocking fee can be paid in a separate invoice if you prefer, but you must let us know before the Exchange Credit Coupon is issued
