Auction Rules

Please note: If your winning bid is not paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, we will assume you do not wish to complete the auction. The item will then be offered to the next highest bidder.

General Auction Rules

1. Bidding is Binding
   All bids are considered final and binding. Please only place a bid if you fully intend to follow through with the purchase.

2. Winning Bids
   The highest bid at the close of the auction will be considered the winning bid, provided it meets any reserve price set.

3. Payment Deadline
   Winning bidders must complete payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder.

4. No Bid Retractions
   Once placed, bids cannot be retracted. Please double-check your bid amount before confirming.

5. Item Condition
   All items are sold as-is, and we encourage bidders to ask any questions prior to bidding. Descriptions are as accurate as possible, but all sales are final.

6. Shipping & Handling
   Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and methods will be outlined in each auction listing. The buyer is responsible for shipping unless otherwise noted.

7. Transparency & Fair Play
   Any form of bid manipulation, shill bidding, or deceptive behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the auction.

8. Reserve Prices (If Applicable)
   Some items may have a minimum reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the item may not be sold.

9. Local Pickup (If Offered)
   If local pickup is available, buyers must arrange pickup within the specified timeframe after payment is received.
