              The best, soft handed but tough leather. Lots of lovely pockets inside and it fits my Bullet Journal perfectly. The dye is beautiful and hasn't worn off on anything in my purse.

              beautiful, but a bit too big for my fave notebooks

              This cover is so beautiful and looks like it will hold up well over years of use. I love that it doesn't add as much bulk as some of the leather covers I've tried. The scent is very light and doesn't seem to trigger my chemical sensitivity at all, and the overall quality is top notch.

              Unfortunately the B6 Slim size was made for notebooks that are slightly larger, or at least thicker, than the Midori MD B6 Slim that I was hoping to use it for. If I push both edges of the notebook cover all the way in, the cover bunches around the spine a bit, and if I try to wrap the cover close around the spine, one side of the cover sticks out. (This is probably my fault for assuming that the B6 Slims are as similar as the A5 notebooks and covers I've been mixing and matching from various companies for years.) If you're looking to fit the specific brand of calendar mentioned in the listing, this would be a great choice! But since this cover came up in search results for a cover for the Midori MD, I did want to mention that it's not the best fit for that notebook. I'm sure I'll find something to use it for eventually though, and I'll definitely keep this brand in mind for other kinds of covers.

              I'd love to talk with you about solutions, it sounds like the spine is buckling. This happens because Express is a very thin leather. There are ways to re-enforce the spine so it looks square.

              Perfection!

              Ohhh wow -- this is a gorgeous leather! I was a little concerned by some reviews that mention a chemical scent, but I didn't notice it at all. This has to be one of my all-time favorite CS leathers! It's going to age so nicely, and my Hobonichi Weeks looks great in it. It makes me want to use my Weeks even more than I usually do. Wholeheartedly recommend.

              Absolutely Perfect!

              I have several other Chic Sparrow notebooks, but this is my first folio. I am obsessed! This leather is gorgeous and looks just like light reflecting off of tropical waters, it is sturdy, scratch resistant, and so soft. Also, the Jibun Techo B6 Slim size fits the Lite Mini with an IDEA book and the zipper pocket. I can't say enough how much I love this folio!
