I purchased this for peace of mind in my purchase since Chic Sparrow does not back their products. The cover I ordered was beautiful but I didn’t care for the leather. While I opted for the patina lining the pockets were unlined and felt loose and flimsy. I knew this would be an issue over time. I requested the return through seek within 24 hours and dropped it off the next business day. They received it two days later. Weeks later and I’m still waiting for my refund. This not only shows me that the return insurance isn’t with the cost, but I can no longer risk the purchase for this brand.
