Our best-selling design features vegetable-tanned leather that is drum-dyed in a soft brown shade, accentuating the natural texture of the material. This notebook is perfect for carrying around daily, developing character and charm over time. You can enhance its look with a layer of neutral shoe polish for a subtle glow or apply several coats for a glossy finish. Alternatively, you can enjoy the leather’s natural appearance without any polishing.

 

 Note:This is full grain leather and does contain natural characteristics like visible marks, or brands.

    Strap-closure designs are most content with three to four average inserts and a dashboard or two that do not exceed 1.25 inches or 2.7cm. The strap keeps everything neat and secure, but it does not stretch like elastic, so a moderate, tidy setup is ideal.

    Love this leather!

    Love this leather. It is like a a nice caramel color that marks and sometimes darkens with use. Smooth nice structure in the hand. Not too heavy. Shows its journey with you and will age beautifully. I like to chunk up my journals so I decided to change out the snap closure for a center spine elastic. Works perfectly for my A6 planner. :)

    You need Wabi Sabi!

    This is such a lovely leather! VERY reminiscent of the popular Tea House Earl Grey. It’s firm like Austen but not as polished. It’s very matte and smooth feeling. I like its rustic qualities and the piece I ended up with has tons of character. I will definitely order this again. I really would love to see this leather stick around and be offered in different cover styles.

    Love this leather. It is a very nice color and weight. Reminds me of Austen leather, but is a little bit less perfectionist leather. Makes you not fear moving right in and using it.

    The New Earl Grey

    This leather looks and feels identical to Earl Grey leather, with the exception of the inside being lighter and softer. I love this leather in the No. 10 style because my cover doesn’t buckle at the strings the way it would with my Earl Grey. It shows so much character right out of the bag. I love it so much that I’ve already ordered a different size! I’ve attached pictures comparing it to my B6 Slim Earl Grey TN.

    Wabi-Sabi is a leather like no other!

    This leather cover feels similar to the Austen leather collection, in hand. However, the leather is unique to itself, with the unique variations in markings. It looks like it is a well-loved planner cover, when it's brand new. As soon as I received my Weeks and Narrow covers, I put inserts in them, and fell in love with how the notebook cover feels and looks. See my photo for yourself. I would love to get another cover in this beautiful leather!
