- Will my order ship in time for the holidays?
Orders placed on or before December 15th will ship prior to December 24th. Please keep in mind, transit times will vary and an order that ships before the holiday is not guaranteed to arrive by the holidays. Due to transit times, for orders containing gifts or items you hope to receive in time for the holiday, the sooner the order is placed, the better!
- When/where will I hear about new designs/leathers for 2021?
There are plans in queue and you may have heard whispers of new designs or leathers to appear or return. Certain details are still in the works, but don’t worry, announcements will be made with more information prior to launches via Chic Sparrow’s Social Media channels and this Newsletter list. Keep an eye out for these announcements to come your way soon!
- Chic Sparrow Holiday Break?
Chic Sparrow will be closed on December 24th & 25 and again on December 31st & January 1st to allow for time spent with family and friends. Customer care will be out of the office on these days, but if you need cancelations, edits, or have questions about an order, don't worry! The customer care team will check for your phone-call or email before starting on orders upon returning to the shop.
