Happy customers are our goal, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us, we will gladly issue you a Gift Card after deducting a 20% restocking fee. This gift card will not expire until used so you can shop at your leisure.
We cannot exchange items that are customized (customization includes custom engraving, stitching, or added ink markings, etc). We also cannot exchange final sale items and discounted items.
Exchange item(s) must be in the same condition as was received.
We do not issue refunds.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original item total to help us cover the costs of restocking/handling. A coupon code (used just like a gift card) of the remaining total will be issued to you upon reception of your returned order. Please note: the restocking fee is taken off the item total, shipping fees are not included and will not be refunded. Exchanges must be done within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions.
