If your expectation of an item is not met, or you change your mind about a size or a color, we have decided to open your horizon of possibilities with an exchange option.
Happy customers are our goal, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us, we will gladly change it for something of EQUAL value. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original item total to help us cover the costs of restocking/handling. A coupon code of the remaining total will be issued to you upon reception of your returned order. Please note: the restocking fee is taken off the item total, shipping fees are not included and will not be refunded. Exchanges must be done within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions.
The only things we do not exchange are SALE items and notebooks that have been personalized.
