If your expectation of an item is not met, or you change your mind about a size or a color, we have decided to open your horizon of possibilities with an exchange option:
“Happy customers are our goal, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us, we will gladly change it for something of EQUAL value. Exchanges must be done within 5 days of receipt, No exceptions.
The only thing we can't exchange are Orphans and items that have been personalized. “
