We recently moved over to a new more beefy platform, It took a lot of work to get it done but I'm proud to say we did it and it went relatively smooth.
You may be wondering, Why can't I sign in? Where are my points? I have a simple easy answer for you. All you need to do is reset your account, by creating a new account with the same email address you've always used. Your points will populate and nothing lost. If you had any coupon codes from before February 5th, you will need to give me a call so I can help you get a new code. All codes issued prior to February 5th are invalid.
Also if you have referral links, you'll need new ones as the old referral codes and links may not work properly.
If you were a new customer and you placed your first order the first week of February, your points have not transferred so please give me a call and I will take care of that for you.
